Event AssociatesQ: What’s the most unusual request you’ve had?
A: At a recent event in London we were told the client was bringing over 3 flags but no bases for them to stand in. Not only did we have to source suitable bases but also had to check with the client that the flags were flame retardant which was part of the venue’s Terms and Conditions.

Q: Do you charge for a venue search?
A: No, our venue finding service is free of charge to our clients.

Q: I’ve got an event enquiry and am considering using an event management company but not sure whether to try to do it on my own?

Q: Do you just work in the UK?
A: No, we’ve done lots of events in the UK but we also work throughout Europe, the USA and beyond. We are happy to go wherever you want us to be and with our great international network of suppliers, we can always secure you a good deal.

Q: Who’s the most difficult client you’ve worked with?
A: We don’t see difficulties, only opportunities to solve our client’s issues. Patience is one of our virtues!
