At Event Associates size doesn’t matter! It’s the attention to detail that is important whether you have 5 delegates, 500 or 2,000.

If you want it, we’ll find it….!!! We work with venues globally from large convention centres to small, boutique hotels and unique properties that are often not on the radar. Our venue finding service is free and we can obtain costs and availability for you as well as taking you through to contract stage with the venue.
7 star or ‘under the star’s, we can help to identify the right places and costs to suit your budget. If Event Associates is handling your event registration, we can also provide a hotel booking service through our registration system if required.
We are real ‘show-offs’! We work with suppliers throughout the meetings and exhibition industry from shell scheme providers, to florists, transportation and audio visual companies. Even if you just need a plasma for a 2 minute presentation, no job is too small (or too large!).
At Event Associates we have our own bespoke registration system which can be adapted for each client and each type of event. Alternatively we can set your event up using other off the shelf packages such as EventBrite.
